› What is a Shield referral link?
A personal link every Shield subscriber gets in their subscriber portal. When someone signs up using it, they get 5% off their plan every month, and whoever shared it gets one month free — up to 30 months free total. Subscribers who want to refer at higher volume can apply to Shield's own Champion program.
› How much does Shield cost?
Shield lists $14.89/mo billed monthly, or $13.00/mo ($156/year) billed yearly. A referral link takes 5% off the new subscriber's plan; it doesn't change the referrer's own rate directly — they earn a free month per signup instead, capped at 30.
› How do I use one?
Click "Get Shield with this link" on this page, or copy the link and use it when you sign up. The 5% discount applies automatically through the link.
› Why did a link not work?
This site can't see inside Shield's account system, so it can't tell whether a link's referrer has already hit their 30-month cap or whether the link is otherwise no longer active. Show a different link and try again.
› Can I add my own link?
Yes, one per day. It stays on the board until the Monday reset, after which you can add it again.
